I have totally resigned myself to NOT being an aviator at ALL. For one thing, its just kind of boring. It's much more visceral being in amor or heli or ground pounding and being right in the middle of the action - knowing that the three guys I killed in a row saw me first and still died....that the three others coming specifically for me at a flag also perish. Much more satisfying than bombing whoever from a jet. I WILL be an expert heli pilot. I'll be a NOTHING jet pilot.
And oh yeah - I'll NEVER get the Purple Heart. That's like the kid in elementary school who gets a medal for finishing the one mile run dead LAST. "Good job little buddy!"

Vet and Exp heli and aviator and PLA bagde.
You have to much time as Special-Ops... the guns are too week to do well as a ground pounder. Plus on most maps you need to get around faster to get any a decent amount of pts. Play a class that has a better gun... Medic, Assault, Support or even AT w/ the DAO... or whore the vehicles(even the jeeps/hummers should have better survival rate than on foot).TheDoctor wrote:

My jeep tip is that you can't hit a barn door with the 50 cal while someone is driving but it becomes surgically accurate once you stop.
Us single shot for a while at longer ranges before you move in for close combat and for god sake squad up.

Why do people think Vet/Exp Explosives are so difficult? Both are a cinch on Kark/Warlord Just defend the TV with Explosives. 1 at the bottom of the stairs and one up by the flag. Get someone to do ammo for ya and its a no brainer. An alternative would be Palace 3rd floor.
As for what i would not be going for award wise. I wont be going for Expert Chopper and Aviator. Way too much and too little return. Everything else is totally do able. Well except for the associated Medals that go with Chopper and Aviator.
