Just bought 3 alienware machines for $12,000

And not one of them works. I got them delivered yesterday and set them up last night and not one of them boot up properly. The aliens on the front just light up and the fans start going but the CD drive reads as busy and nothing happens. No boot up sound, no monitor output, nothing.

I called alienware and they wont do shitall to help me, even though i just forked over 12 grand.

Anyone else had this problem? I've never been more pissed off in my life, they want to charge me to send the motherfuckers back, and I haven't even used them yet. I paid for them to test them before they sent them, and I also bought "on-site" service, which apparently has so many loopholes that there's actually no possible way for you to get someone to come to your house.

So yea, don't do business with alienware.

yea but i'm not all that technical, I can't buy parts and put them together. But alienware said they'd test the machine before they sent it to me, which is clearly bullshit.

yeah something sounds weird bc dells owns alien now and they have some of the best customer support systems, I got a XPS and I customized it from their website and had it in my apt and running in 2 weeks
