There are multiple ways of performing the same task.  Some are really different than others.

These are the structures
Direct Command: rcon [Command]
Sub Command: rcon [Subcommand] [Command]
Execute Program Command: rcon exec [arg1].[arg2]...[argN] [Command]

I can tell you that rcon is a whole lot more powerful and faster than anything else.
Most people use BF2cc and/or Cortex because they don't know how to use rcon.

You need to try the BF2mod forums and ask for specific help there...
I am not sure if you can change the rcon password through rcon directly.
That specific command is not listed in the help list nor to the public.

I think that you need to have the text document edited in order to have a new administrator put on to the server.

There isn't a command out there that will let you create a new admin like that.

Talk to the guys who run the server (the actual, tangible server) and get them to modify the default.cfg file so you can get another admin in there. Give them a password to add, then have them re-boot the server.

Boom, your done.

I've searched all over. No command exists where it will just generate a new admin. Again, you need to talk to the guys who are running your server.
