Just to be safe, make sure your system is unplugged and if you saw any mist during cleaning, wait a few hours before powering up your system. Canned air is completely dry and not a problem, however you can't beat the higher PSI of a compressor. Just be careful of any condensation mist.
I had to buy an
air dryer for mine because the moisture kept burning out the tips in my plasma torch but that is completely overkill for blowing out your rig, just be careful and you'll be fine.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, air compressors usually have a valve on the bottom of the tank for blowing off any water. Make sure to open it for a few seconds before you proceed.
