CPU_CPUCS SKEW? HDS DELAY? DRQ CONTROL?

I have just upgraded my BIOS for my ASROCK P4VT8+ and I now have these 3 new settings.
What are they? And should they be Enabled or Disabled ?

All I can find on Google is other people asking the same question and getting no reply, so any advice would be greatly appreciated. COME ON COMMUNITY! Help me out with this one!

Is it not obvious?

'CPU_CPUCS SKEW' allows you to skew CPU_CPUCS, 'HDS DELAY' delays HDS and 'DRQ CONTROL' controls DRQ!

(or, sorry, I haven't the foggiest)
