I dont like the coughing up crap for days on end when you quit, its disgusting and freaks people out. For there sake ill keep smoking!!

I've had spontaneous pneumothorax twice. I smoked on the way to the doctors and on the way home. It did make it hard to take puffs, I'll give it that. It's common for skinny white people who smoke.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it
I gave up smoking 7 months ago. So far I have saved £1154 - which has paid for my new gaming rig

after a couple of hours gagging for a smoke you'll want to punch someone in the face or smash something.

ive tried quiting loads of times but cant,get too stressed if i go too long without a smoke,plus i smoke a lot of weed & theres no way i'm going without a spliff.
way i see it i'd rather die young,than old & arthritic smelling of piss.
