no more disputing over longest shots... it tells you the distance right on the scope...

Yeah its nifty. A skilled player can improve his aim if he knows how to judge distance.

Aye true. With the rocket launcher attachment you have to set the distance as to when it explodes. When you zoom in it judges the distance to the object you're pointing at, and then you use the mouse wheel to put the explosion distance up or down and fire. It's not a good weapon for firing directly at people, you need to fire it so it explodes next to them.

And it can tell you just how ****ing far away that battlewalker was able to spot your rocket firing from! Seriously I am amazed how eagle-eyed some of those battlewalker pilots are.

And those rifle rockets-find the distance to the cover some enemy is hiding behind, increment by 1 meter... and though they may not be killed, they sure won't stay behind that cover...

Yeah you can't see it on the video (a little small), but in game the rifle indicates how far away the target you're pointing at is (number inside the scope).
