BF2S Forums More Statpadder then ever?

Wow...what a slagging match
If you ask me, judging by the fact that he didnt update his stats at all during that period....doesnt mean that he didnt play during it. Hence, during a period of 3months, not only is he bound to improve his game, but he starts getting more points = higher SPM.
There is no evidence from victims/enemies of massive stat padding and no BRS evident of it (BRS of 300 on Kubra...woah!). 754kills with pistols and hence an expert badge too...well, maybe a bit of KP, but thats not stat padding judging by his actual stats.
My SPM has been increasing all the time, and I dont play karkand/sharqi and I dont play much medic anymore.
If you had done the same with my stats, not updating them for 3-4months, my own graph would be very similar - since both me and disabled have a very similar KDR and SPM.

I admit i done my time on a p/k server  and thought it was fun for about 2 rounds .Ive also done my time on IO and usually now end up in the top 5 most rounds .

You may have said you dont care how people earn points, but you still said that I had to stat padded, and I do not like being called a cheater whether its ina  game or not. If you call me a cheater I'm going to prove I'm not whether you like it or not.

lol someone takes games too seriously, if someone accuses you of hacking will you make it your duty to prove to them that your not ?  No one cares if you get in the top 3, no one cares if you statpad, no one cares how long youve been playing. End of story.

Yea i got 300 pts at kubra damn with a little help from su-34 . I also did do k/p when i first started playing, i would say i got maybe 200 of my pistol kills from k/p.

But anyways I called that guy a stat padder, just cause he had 92 kills of the same person in the same round, which would be hard to pull off if you wasnt stat padding. But he doesn't care if you call him a stat padder, so i don't know why your deffending him. I only said I was better than you in so many words because I wanted to say something that would aggrivate you the way you aggrivated me by calling me a stat padder (apparently it worked cause you called me all sorts of names lol). This will be my last post on the subject, if you still think im a cheather thats your own right. Stat padding is lame.

Actually it DOES affect everyone. Because some people stat pad means you'll always have a lower place on the leader boards. I know you may not care, but some people like seeing their names high up on the leader boards after working hard to legitimately get there. It's impossible with the stat padders around.

No to mention the fact that those 3 slots in a server could have been filled with people who would have actually played and contributed to making the game fun.

Like I said it are only virtual points anyway..why does it have to affect you that you can't be #1 in a GAME..kinda said if you ask me..

Why does it affect you if your favorite sports team doesn't win the championship? I mean it's not YOU playing, so it really doesn't matter. Why does it matter if your favorite movie/actor/singer/band doesn't win some award you were hoping they'd win? You're not them, so it really doesn't matter. Does it? It still affects you doesn't it? When they don't win you're still disappointed, aren't you? Why?

They might be virtual points, but getting them legitimately still requires some degree effort/time. Effort/time people like getting recognition for. Saying "Hey I'm number one. I worked hard to achieve that!"

If they're not number one, then it's a point of comparison. Looking over your stats and then the stats of someone that's high up on the leader board gives you an idea of how much better you can/want to try to be. You say to yourself "I'm good, but I could be this much better." It gives to a long term goal to aspire to.

You can also chart your own progress using those virtual numbers. After seeing a drop in the number of points you gain you can go back and think to yourself "what did I do that round?" and avoid doing it in the future thus improving how you play.

Alternatively, you can see when you see a rise in points you get and think "what did I do that round" and reproduce it in other rounds to improve your game even further.


And like I said; I'd rather have 3 people actually PLAYING the game, who are helping the team and making the game fun, than have 3 people doing absolutely nothing off in some corner of the map.

Also, if you think stats/point/ranks are "sad (I'm pretty sure that's what you meant)," then why even bother playing ranked servers? Go play unranked.

This sounds like a job for!!
