I would play on unranked, but to be honest not many people play them and i think its funny that it 1 round i get 2 rankups and be in top 10 for KDR.

Unranked servers = empty.
Ranked servers = people to play with.
Ranked servers = points.
Points = unlocks.

you don't only play with p/k. you play p/k servers because they're fun, but then you get bored of that after awhile, and want to run around shredding people with a G3. you can't do the latter if you restrict yourself to unranked servers (or, like i said, you couldn't pre 1.4. dunno if they changed that).killer21 wrote:

edit: i.e. you want to have as much fun as the game can afford you, instead of adhering to some weird, artificial conception of where and how you can have fun with the game you bought. you join one server then you join another, and like i said, you stick with ranked to get the extra weapons and so you can play with more people.
the only thing the roe should contain in it is 'no hacks, no glitching' - and everything else that's doable/not doable should be coded into the damn game itself. its not about being against the idea of rules (its a game, it only exists as a system because of rules of some kind), its about what they decide (and change their minds about) what people can and can't do with being penalised in some way.

The fact that you have earnt 574 global points in 1:46 of play really sums up why people get pissed off with it. I couldnt care less, all I know is that people who KP solidly will get their asses handed to them in a proper server, even more so if its not karkand IO.
