BR Help

OK so my clans server is from rackage - and to retrieve the BR files, i must go to a site where the last 48 hrs worth of matches BR files are kept.

i can dload these files (in .bf2demo format) but i do not know what to do with them now! i have tried battlelauncher but to no avail.

Could someone plz tell me what to do with these .bf2demo files so i can move around the map in true BR fashion and make a vid?

I believe if you put them here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Compaq_Owner\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos
You can access them in BF2
