This must be something wrong in the update right? Think I've seen stuff like this before here, round April the first... but haven't seen it for a while. A bug or what? Not hack right, because his overall points is not that high. Looked at the highest commander score and this didn't really seemed right.

your link sucks, nothings wrong with his stats, hes just a really good commander whos stats havent updated in 6 months. i know him personally and hes a 3 star general who always plays commander.

Whoa, those stats are messed up.  230,000 commander points in only 11 hours of command time.  That's equivalent to almost 64 command points per second.  Plus the guy is only a seargent, something's amuck.
