I'm on at least 8 hours a day. But, although I'm a white male graduate in my 30s, I'm not single, so therefore I'm not a (typical) addict. Especially since all of my Internet usage is essential.
Ever since Al Gore invented the internet, I've been on it constantly. I'm a state employee so I get to spend 8 hours on-line a day. That's just at work too! when I get home I'm on for another 4 hours.

i use the int on mon-thurs for about 2-4 hours. sunday sometimes a little for a quick scrim. friday and saturday not usually.
