I flipped through the BF2 one, and it wasn't that bad. Had a couple different strategies in it I hadn't considered (and used effectively). However, there is no way I'd have spent 15 dollars on it.

There's always new people getting into the Bf series, this is basically the way they catch up without actually going through tactics and what not in previous games.

i downloaded the one for bf2 when i first started playing... not too much info in there that shouldnt be common sense
I bought one. Learn the maps and the equipment at each spawn point. Granted, most all of it is for simpletons, but better descriptions this time. Easier to sit and weigh options than sit online and looking at the screen. Plus, I have a lot of time to burn. Gotta have something to read on the can!

you see thats exactly it, people buy these books becuase the ALT + F4 people like you. they ask someone and all they get in reply is no0b, press alt+f4. no wonder. if anyone askes me a no0b considered Q i reply with the answer, which is easly readable.

No, they make these books because the game manual itself, is about 3 pages, and half of it is troubleshooting installing, the other half just tells you about maps and vehicles
