Yea, the ramming-with-the-transport thing has been around probably since beta 1 (didn't play it, but I'm guessing that as soon as someone decided to try it, it was started). I think that they need to at least increace the spawn time on those things, along with the explosion damage to vehicles. I mean, they're SPAWN POINTS, they should take about 1/2-3/4 as long as a blackhawk to respawn.

I hope they start banning people like they did on BF2 servers

Honestly if you're playing 2142 the Mothra should be the least of your problems.

TBH i find its the only worry when your in a walker, if you defend and use cover your walker is invincible from tanks, apcs and the random noob with a rocket launcher, im glad ppl are trying to suicide the walker it gives me summat to do, and if i do manage to dodge it they make one hell of a mess of themselves, and even if they do get ya its not like they gain any points so let them have there fun!

If your having problems with people ramming in to you then surely the only question that requires answering is why the fuck don't you shoot them down first???

Grow up, its a game. Get mad at taxes, global warming, etc. Not a game.

Hey if you want to suicide into my mech, fine do so, hopefully my AA Gunner in the top of the Mech gets you first. However if you keep suiciding with a bunch of people in the transport with you then yeah there is a problem. And its not only the Mechs, they doing it to everything on the damn map. It just seems cheesy that they have to resort to those tatics to get anywhere in the game. The Mechs go down very easy with the ground anti vehicle emplacement.

But back to topic of suicide runs, yeah it is getting annoying very fast but is there really anything we can do about it? I dont think so imho. Is it just me or is the AA Guns sort of weak on the Transports?

Have you ever seen a US military Blackhawk, or any other military vehicle ram into the enemy in order to take them out? I sure haven't. Never even heard of that since WWII. Your "it's war" argument isn't an excuse for using lame tactics that kill game play.


I agree the transports respawn too fast, and it should be toned down a lot. It would fix many problems and make the titan pods be used more frequently IMO.
