That's the only gripe I have with Bf2142, and not really that much of a gripe cause I freaking LOVE this game. But jets add an interesting aspect of gameplay.. I miss flying

2142 is more of the same junk as betafield 2 is..... played the demo last night for 3-4 games.
Nothing new really. Same ole thing. I do think however, that BF2 was a huge beta test for
2142....and we've all been paying EA to beta test their products for the past 16 months.
I wont be buying 2142. It looks corny and gay...and just think how gay some of the things
they put into their modern day version (BF2..) choppers that take ground from the air, 1200 mph
jets on 1 square mile maps, harry potter corny gay ass magical radars that show all your enemies
locations, commander mode, where one guy ruins your whole teams chances of actually winning
with his useless help. I mean, lets be honest, BF2 was just patheticly written, I can only imagine
how their futuristic 2142 gayness will be.

Another idea, this is a video game, not to be confused with real life. The jets had enough room on those '1 square mile maps' in BF2 to make change the outcome of the round so apparently it wasn't that dumb of an idea.

The vehicles are kinda fucked up huh? Atleast now you NEED to use team work to operate them so I suppose that is better overall.

One thing I like about the gunships in 2142, they have practicaly no ceiling. I have gone up 13,000 + feet with them .

Personally I'd like jets, but they just piss me off sometimes. Plus, the Helijet we have now reeeeeally sucks.

The chopper/jet is awsome if you use it like a jet. If you hover around like in a BF2 chopper you will get pwned.
Hope they never return, go play flight simulator or something.
I want them to redo the aircraft in the next patch. The transports are fine but the gunships need a work over....
