I realized, that sometimes after you die, you dont get the big white letters "....Wounded / dead.... "
It just gives you the normal message (like the one after a kill you do). And your crosshairs stays where it is!!! Often you start falling through the ground (titan) or your screen starts to shake.

Most of the time, you do not realize immediately that you just died.

Anybody noticed it too?

What's even more annoying about this glitch is it often appears without any AUDIBLE indication of your death.   All of a sudden, your can't move.  Am I frozen? No idiot... you're dead!  Nice one DiCE.

The other really cool misleading death feature that DiCE included in BF2142 is the console notification of "You killed...." and "You were killed by....".  The text used to appear in a nice conspicuous location (to the lower right, I think).  Now it's dead in the middle and lower on the screen.  Pretty hard to see when you're focused on the target in your crosshairs.

And my final complaint about dying in BF2142....  ever notice how hard it is to revive someone in the Reactor Room on a Titan?  The bodies slip and slide all over like mites on ice.  Never mind using the Defib on their chest - they slide away and disappear into walls like Day of the Dead!
