I have problem with screenshots when i make a screenshot and and got to 2142 screenshots folder then all the screens are in .PNG format i can open them and i have same problem with BF2 screens anyone know what i have to to to open them btw all screen sizes are 0 bytes.

You should be able to open them with Paint.

i cant iwe tried to open them with paint, adobe photoshop, windows picture and fax viewer, infranview etc nothing opens it.

Then that is a problem with your computer, as all of those should be able to open PNG format pictures.

nope it changes all screens to .png format all this started when i got my new pc.

Well, if they are all of a 0 byte file size, then the game didn't really make an SS. It probably just created the file and stopped there.

i got fraps full version its cool but it is cooler if i can make SS in BF2142/2 with my SS button

Actually, you are better off using fraps to take screenshots, especially if you have the full version and can take compressed (i.e. not BMP) screenshots - the reason being that BF tends to pause for a few seconds when you press SS, whereas when you use fraps it doesn't pause.

xfire is alot beter for screenis then fraps,

i use xfire.

Yup. Scroll lock + S. Works every time, BF sometimes doesnt work for the end of round points screen for me But xfire always does.
