Every single one of those will fail miserably with BF2. Sorry. (BTW TurboCache is a posh way of saying it eats your system RAM instead of having it's own)

80GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache™

More ram (2GB) for sure, oh and make it dual channel (2 x 1GB sticks) single channel RAM is shite in comparison. Maybe a better graphics card but a x1300 should do for medium settings on BF2.

ive got a x1300 pro and i feel as if im being held back by it. medium settings are pushing it unless you dont have a half decent processor and 2 gig of ram!

What types of ports do you have?  The choices are PCI, AGP, or PCI-e.  If you are looking at those cards because you only have PCI  I recommend this http://www.bfgtech.com/6200_256_PCI.html card.  I have it and it can run BF2 fine.  In single player I can do all high settings without that much of a problem.   Multiplayer I have played with on medium, but I choose to use low since I snipe a lot, and it helps to see people hiding in the "shadows".

Also, if you are an ATI fan you may want to use this feature.  http://buy.ati.com/productinfo/ua/index.asp

After doing some research it looks as if you are trying (without knowing it) with an AGP card the ATI Radeon 9550 (RV350LX) seems to be AGP only.
