How is this weapon, i tend to use the camo alot to hide from enemies especially in titan and taking silos, im not a fan of snipers close up, so i use the pistols but here are the problems  i have when doing this
When im a PAC - pistol's too weak
When im a EU - nothing really cuz i love the revolver, does the job well, but my personal preference is the PAC forces, however their pistol sux imo.
and im not a big fan of recoiling(thats one of reasons why i prefer VOSS over BAUR) and i like accuracy and is the sniper tree worth unlocking? seems like the sniper is getting more appealing to me

The Lambert imho is godlike, I can nail 5 people with the same clip if i tried. Its a very good gun and it has a quick reload time and is fairly accurate

Me = Lambert Carbine lover.  Its awesome... I often clear out one side of the core room by picking guys of with single shot, then turn to full auto, switch to camaflouge, run through the cleared side of the room, take out my carbine and lay waste to the other side.  The carbine is a MUST for attacking the core room.  Its nice for the console hallways as well, but sniper rifles can do that job.  I use the carbine the whole way through, I only switch to sniper when I am having trouble with prone down supports.

sounds like a great asset for my collection,  althought Dice had to put in that stupid helmet unlock blocking me from unlocking the Lambert earlier..

Its also fairly good when not zoomed in.  So pop around the corner and fire a burst real fast unzoomed, then hide again.  Ive picked up proning support guys very well with this tactic.

Can u zoom in with the labert if u have the 4x scope? and is it accurate?

IMO the other sniper rifle is way better then the lambert. I used the lambert for about 5 min and i didn't like it. It doesn't have the zoom capabilities as the rifles do, mostly why i don't like it. I just unlocked the tree to get the camo and all i can say is holy fuck. 5 min = knifed 10 people. You just watch the dog tags roll in.

Im not sure if it has the x4... I never tried... odd I should do that.  I just got the x4 scope and figured out how to use it last game (mouse wheel for those who dont know).  I was using it on the sniper rifle though, I should test it on the carbine.  I know the stabilizer works for it though.

it is said that 4x scope unlock doesnt work, only works on the snipers.

i love the carbine. i mainly just use it when im attacking/defending a titan. once in w hile i'll use it on the ground. i mainly use the sniper rifle on the ground. on the titan it works wonders, its extremely good at close to medium range.
