for those of you that lag,... its not the 1gigRAM or 64 man map, its your comp.   So, think about upgrading.  seriously, i had 512mb and no lag.  my loading times suxors in a real bad way.  i upgraded RAM to 1g.  your video card plays a role in that was well.  a lower rated card cannot handle the pipelines or rendering like a higher end card can.  you may need new video card.  or, it could be your processor.  what is your connection, 56-dsl-cable?  that has something to do with it.  56k shouldnt even be playing this game. 

someone already stated this but im gonna say it again in case you missed it!   Commanders do NOT get points for kills.  so, if you score 23 commander pts and have 9 kills, you only have 23 pts instead of 18kill pts and 5 commander pts.  before patch it was 1pt per kill but now nothing.  23 commander pts is not bad if you are on the losing team.  because if yer side won, you would have had around 40+ pts.

I was laughing at this post when i first read it.  yes, laughing at a few of you.  But, alot of ppl put very sound advice on here for you newer players.  some tactics you may not agree with.  but, for the most part, most ppl have steared you in the right direction if it is pts that you want and the right direction if it is kills that you want.  me.... i want to be #1 commander but that guys score is insane.  he will have to die before someone overtakes him. lol

The people with the highest scores always seem to be the guys in aircraft. I, however, find aircraft play to be incredibly dull over long periods of time and want to do more than just fly back and forth in a tiny map trying to shoot stuff (even though I have a wicked flight stick and throttle setup).

Still, I find myself getting at least 20 and often 30, 40 or 50 per map. Then again, I've been more of a grenade launcher whore than usually in the last week so that probably helps.

I can consistantly get 40-80 pts a round when I play the full map of Dragon Valley but with a semi low population (15 per side or less).  I just constantly use the chinese buggy to cap flags.  I usually use the anti-tank kit while doin' this so I can defend the CP a lil' better from helo's and other light armor vehicles.  The mounted MG also is very useful at takin' down attack helo's while en route to a CP or while defendin' a CP.  Dragon Valley has now become my favorite map.

Someone merely complains that a score is so-so, what's the point on bashing someones points : 150hrs only 16 points? Basically the person stated that he sucks, he didn't finish his sentence asshat.  Before you go hurting you fingers on the keyboard writing crap you don't understand, you need to take some Prozac.  Listen to your own post," talk is cheap", it's just a game, and yes you are an asshat.  Your mothers callin' for you to get back to bed. And You coming from Tennessee actually says alot.

I can constanly get 80-130 points a round in full 64 servers of karkand. NOT IN ARMOR. i use the assult. I usually kill about 45 people a round. And these are about 10 minute rounds not three hours. Ive gotten 130 for 5 rounds in a row being a assult. So that means i got 650 points in 50 minutes. Yea so stop talking about ur scores. This i without camping, without the launcher, and without having help with anything. Even lately ive been getting 80 with just sniper. can u get 80 with sniper. so that right there is a spm of 8 with just the sniper. So whover is braggin about there awsome 40-70 points a round. Well now u aint got nothin to brag about. And my point is dont brag in places when u dont know who else is gana post after u cause pretty soon ur gana think urself stupid. Bragging isnt the way to show ur good.

Sorry Mad dawg but I find it very hard to believe that you'd get over 100 points on karkand without ever being in a tank or being a medic. It's believable to get like 30-35 kills as assault on karkand. My highest score on karkand was 158 and I got 67 kills total in that round and about 50 kills by being in a tank and without SPAWN CAMPING, I dont believe in that shit. And I'd like to see your stats for proof that you're as good as you say you are. I'll post mine even though I suk.

Not bad. I would have simular stats if I only played Karkand too. Nice though.

Had the same problem when I startet out in this game.
The solution is start playing smarter...

So no engaging snipers from a distance when you only have a shotgun, Don't travel the roads but move behind hills. If you do not have an advantage do not engage... dumb actions will get you killed. Against tanks of helo's stay low an wait it out untill they leave or untill you have an advantage.

The rest is, learn to use your weapons... train with them and know their stengths and weaknesses.

learn to fly on an emtpy map, then when you think you can handle it, join a 64 man plane map and procede to get 50+ kills and maybe 1 or 2 deaths, (not counting the Tks for the plane you try to get in)
