K, firts of all, if someones posted this already, then quit your bitching and tell me where the thread is.

Squad leader droney thing, the one right at the end, anyone else  think its just a little bit picky about who to shoot. The enemy could be stood right next you, about to jab a pointy stick in to your eye, and it does nothing, yet, if a buggy flys by, it will happily shoot away, even after it long gone. Am i the only one having problems with this Gadget?

Since Squad Beacon is a must have for every squad leader I havent bothered unlocking other two. But I did notice that everyone is complaining about it, so its not just you.

I think you should be able to hide in a corner and actively control it, fly it around the place, that would be cool. No! strap c4 to it and fly it into tanks!

Once I got a squad leader who had his drone out jump in my tank, I got team damage the hole time because the drone was hiting the tank Has the drone was trying to keep up with him

I've seen three enemy drones and not one of them has taken a shot at me, they just hover there as I shoot them.

My understanding is that the drones are linked to the Network Battle system.
IE they shoot at the little red diamonds that squad members see. If this is the case then they will not shoot anybody unless a squad member is looking at them.

I tried the Diamondy spotty thing while a friend was online with me, it doesnt work, the gun seems to have some sort of " ill fire at what i like thank you very much" mechanism which needs to be blitzed and given then "come get some" chip. I think personally it would be very handy t use, if it worked. All it seemed to do is aim at Buggys, and occasionally shoot  wildly at nothing, then stop working. And for something that requires three unlocks to get and also to have a minimum of 3 people on your squad, you would of thought it would be worth unlocking. Obviously not.
