The difference I see is that you still hold an outline in retail.
In the beta, camo to me would look like an undefined blurry mist.
In retail, you can clearly see the 'watery' outline of even the individual appendages.

I does have its uses. It makes C4ing a tank/walker really easy. Other than that though....its sucks.

i got called a hacker for shooting someone that was using camo:( its not my fault he was running around against a white wall.. hey called me a hacker again when i walked up to him and knifed him:D when used properly that camo is deadly... when used by a nub it makes you stick out like a sore thumb

Just check out under the bridge at Suez Canal, dark and they even put some lights there too, it looks perfect.

It has been 'nerfed' from the Beta and the Alpha test... sucks really. Still, it is mainly when you're moving from one place to another, not really attacking someone front on.
Camo does make you less noticable, so use it as an escape mechanism or something, not a method of attack.
