I think you have to look in more mods then maps m8 tbh .

As said Wake Airshow is a good map for planes/choppers/dogfighting. I believe there might be a few servers still running the map, not sure

I have wake airshow, but have not found any servers. I did however see a server for "Kubra Dam Airshow". I might have to download that as well.
