Just in case anyone else is having LAG problems. Recently I decided to upgrade my Video Drivers. After installing said drivers my Overclock speeds were reset to the Default speeds and didn't notice it. So, when I noticed that I didn't have anymore LAG except right in the beginning of rounds, I check the settings and noticed that the Default speeds were reset. So, If you running the game with an Overclocked Card I suggest trying it with the Default settings. Good Luck.
