death rate/ dying in a round

since most polls in here deal with positive figures (best kill streak, best round ever, etc.) reminding me on how much i could do better, i'm curious how many in here beat me in survival - "skills"

-deaths per minute: 0.18
-deaths per round: 2.5
-kdr: 2.1
-spm: very bad, flame on me

i know to many it's all about blood -rush -killin' fun: fine, i often prefer retreat, reposition and being patient.

ground-pounding. sniper with a lot to learn. I{endo.

First of all, i commend you on ur W/L ratio

Secondly, i suggest you try other maps besides karkand.

Thirdly, like you said before, ur SPM sucks ftw or ftl, either way its bad...LOL

Lastly, try using another kit besides sniper. u have over used it.

Oh, and i almost forgot, if you have been using sniper so much, you shold have already gotten ur expert explosives badge.

But seriously, try other maps, there are some maps better than karkand.

stats mean nothing if you only play karkand.

basicly your stats, good / poor mean nothing.

If I was competing with someone for stats, then I'd care. I'm just happy my 1.2 k/d ratio is slowly inching towards 1.3. Breaking even when I was a sergeant was a good milestone, but after that, I just don't care anymore.

I do think, for bragging rights, that NOBODY should be bragging it up if they have the majority of their kills from vehicles. Further, I always look at weaponry K/D ratios for players who think they're good because that's what matters. It's harder to kill and easier to die on foot, period.

I agree with the previous poster. Your numbers as a sniper are good but you REALLY need to try playing something else too. It's kind like going on the same good restaurant and ALWAYS ordering the same thing. While it is consistently good you are missing out on many other good dishes from the menu!

If I die once I'm most likely to spawn and die again. Probably a quarter of my deaths are from being spawn raped. But then a lot of my kills come from people just after they spawn too...

I'm still that crazy guy.

If you want to do a check on skill you could try something like add your KDR and SPM to see who does the best the most quickly. I'm not saying you're a good player but you usually are away from combat as a sniper, you shouldn't die too often. At the same time, there's good players who are always at the front lines dying all the time but they still get a lot of points.
