I'm not sure how the image related to your post exactly, but I think teamswitchers who do it to get win credit should be shot and demoted one rank per willful teamswitch.

Happens all the time on 24/7 karkand servers, I've had my worst experiences on Moongamers, teams were like 38-26, damn tards wouldn't listen to admins till they banned or kicked.

I'm ok with it if you are playing on a clan server and the clan people want to be on the same team. I don't agree with it if it makes the teams lopsided numbers wise or if someone is trying to doctor up their WLR.

only times i'll switch are if a mates stuck on the other team with less players & cant change to my side.
or if theres a load of tk'ing assholes pissing me off on my team.
other than those,i never switch.
