What's single player?
Is it a CTD? Or do you get a message of some kind?

This has happened to me before, but I was attempting to play custom maps in SP.

I wanna play EXPERT bots on SinglePlayer, and then BF2 just closes, I have all patches and all Booster Packs...

try deleting the profile in the "My docuemnts" folder

What do you mean by profile?
there is a folder under my documents called battlefield 2 its safe to delete it, u'll lose ur settings tho. when u launch the game again and login with ur username again the folder is created again
Reinstall. I have the same issue when I installed a single player mod. I think it was Operation Blackhawk Down.
