itll probably take a few attempts to quit, u take 1 step forwards and 10 steps back thats how it works in most cases (with drugs though) im sure smokin will be almost as hard to quit

Don't do it. I quit smoking after 15 years, I can't say it was real easy, but come on you have some will power don't you. Think about how shitty you will make yourself feel after you finish that smoke, you will have failed. There is nothing at all good about smoking or people wouldn't quit and everyone who ever tried a cigarette would be smoking. I realized I wouldn't live long enough to see my son grow up, or see my grandkids or get to retire if I didn't quit. Think of something that you don't want to miss and use that to help. Good luck and don't give up. You can do this you have already quit, don't start again. Oh yeah, congratulations on stopping, its the smartest thing you can do.
im pretty much the only motherfucker I know from back in the day that DOESNT live with his mom, that has a drivers license and car and have a steady paycheck. its hard to explain, but it seems like everyone here my age is still stuck with 15 year old mentality of "homies forever" or something like that. Im 24, I dont make that much money from the reserves or GI Bill but I have way more in my life, not just material, than any of these fuckers do. and they get mad because I dont wanna "hang out and chill" just for the sake of hanging put and chilling.INFERNO552 wrote:

I smoked for 12 years or so, and tried to quit many times, but it never stuck. I moved to go back to school and quit the day I moved and had no trouble whatsoever kicking the habit this time. That was over 2 years ago now.

have someone buy some cheap ass ones for you, open them up, and let them go stale for 2 weeks, spend at least 3 days smoke free to flush you system out, then when you get the urge smoke 2 stale ones real fast. you'll get sick and your body will associate the nicotine with nausea, I did that by accident and haven't smoked one since.
