Follow my advice don't do it

ive been off work 15 weeks now with

2 blood clots in left left

a clot in right leg

a clot in my right lung

iam 34 average weight and was fairly fit playing footie and tennis regularly

now iam fooked until after xmas when hopefully i can go back to work on light duties for a while

After 16 years of smoking weed I have kicked it into touch, easily. The only time I miss it is when I'm getting my ass kicked on the battlefield. Well yeah, that would be just about every game but it isn't that bad.

i want him to have a dad that can play football with him,
and not wheeze and cough after 5 minutes of running after a ball.

All you need is a good reason to quit and its easy. ( but at the time it sux hard )

ok well i hate to admit it

im ashamed of my habit honestly, i dont mind doing it in public etc i could give a fuck less, jsut talking about it to non smokers

i smoke 2 packs sometimes a day

my pop's does 3 probably, he is 59 now, ex marine, he used to bike 150 k, PT daily until he was 53 and still smoked and drank like a godamn pirate

i feel like shit daily

bought time to hang this up, if only i could stop!!!

I dont see the good part in smoking and why people get on it.

-Bad for your health
-Bad for surrounding peoples health
-Costs money
-Makes you smell bad
-Teeth go yellow, and gums purpley black

You may aswell just higher a hitman to kill you, because its cheaper then smokes, and both are killers. (sorry to be harsh, but i hate smokes).

Sounds allot like me except, i started at the age of 14 and i smoke weed. I would say i smoke about 16 cigarets a day plus quite a bit of weed so my lungs are really really black and i'm allso only 25

I started when I was 18, I'm 22 now and just quit 5 days ago. To my Dismay I don't even miss it, I seem to taste and smell things much better. Not to mention I feel better overall, I don't feel like utter shit when I wake in the morning. I decided to quit when I caught a HORRIBLE chest cold last Saturday, I went to the Doc he told me I have a lung infection due to smoking. I'm not down with that crap anymore, it's a waste of money, albeit it did keep me busy and I enjoyed doing it . I'm not going to miss being in the 'glo' while trying to puff on a cig and getting fragged just as I'm ashing lol.

I smoke a pack a day easy. Im 26 and been smoking cigs & weed since i was 16. I miss back in the day taking cigs out of my mom's pack when she wasn't looking, then smoking outside behind the house so i wouldn't get caught. It's funny, she knew i was taking them but never said anything.
