I saw another Logitech that was left handed, but it required Windows Vista.
BTW I'm lefty and I just taught myself to adapt to my G5 (Using it with my left hand). It doesn't take long to adjust and it's a great mouse.confused wrote:

Yeh I use a Razer Diamondback and I can tell you it has the thumb buttons on both sides and both the left and right clicker buttons are shaped the same and feel the same in either hand.majorassult wrote:

Does anyone know of a good gaming style mouse that is left handed or at least not ergonomically constructed for a right hander?

Yes they are infact, I own one and it fits great in both hands. Hench why they have the two side buttons on BOTH sides of the mouse.
