Since this is a daily topic, hear is a great guide I found that I hope will help out some poeple.

It is very well written and a all around great site for info.

You can choice between and Intel or AMD chipset as well as ATI and Nvidia GPU.  So everyone should find what they want.

THese builds include everything for a new computer.  Keyboards, mice, moniters.  Most people already have these so you can deduct that cost and upgrade here and there.
