Prior to the v1.3 nerf of the WCR, the requirements for the ribbon was 3:1 w/l ratio, 50hrs of command time and IAR of 40 command pts. If you look at my stats you will see the same thing. I have no where near 25,000 command pts yet I still have the ribbon.
Yes he got it befor 1.3
In 1.3 was it
100 hr Commander and a win/loss rate from 3.0
and after this 45 commander Points in a round.

The reason I have my forum title... I have the old (harder) requirements but not the new (I play for longer) requirements. Damn those changes where annoying, I had somthing like 2.74 WLR when 1.3 came out, but now that means nothing and its all about how much time you can spend as commander.
You needed only 50 hr command time. You may be right on the IAR command pts tho. It was either 40 or 45.SlapStick wrote:
