GTA2 was pretty sweet, but I'd say that the best was Vice City, hands down.

Not played San Andreas can't find it anywhere on xbox and I work in a game store.
If you have SA on Xbox and you have finished with it consider putting it on EBAY it is really rare at the momenet

and i have got vice city stories and that is a great game. i love the 1980's thing. and the missions are all new and there is a new story and some new characters.
