To start...I don't use a headset....never tried one....probably never will.

The question,
If you get punished for a BS reason....do you finish the round?

Personally (because I don't have a headset) I finish it to prove I am not a tool.

I wish EA would do away with that option... I like the idea of a time out or longer spawn time, maybe a one time delay of 90 secs would do.

I usually intentionally TK the person who punished me. At least then I deserved the punish. Plus, you've just wasted 30 seconds of that person's life.

I finish the round. Big deal getting punished even if its an accident and the punisher is just being a jerk. You still lose two points whether or not they punish. Finish the round and recoup your two points.

if a guy doesn't revive me under safe conditions, i make sure to run him down with the HMMV or w/e.

or, if he cuts in line, i shoot him down with sraw/eryx or w/e anti-armor i can get ahold of.

you can only talk to people in your squad..... and punishing doesnt do anything anyway doesnt give you any less points only thing it does if you get 4/5/6 [depending on the server config] you can get kicked or banned

but seriously get a mic/headset and join a clan the game gets a hell of alot more enjoyable when your not dealing with a bunch of unorganized nubs that arent on the same page
