Didn't you know that for the people that are medic the paddles are only there so if THEY get shot someone can pick up their kit and revive them, that's what shock paddles are for.
sheeeesh A medic revive someone you must have been dreaming last night dude.

Yeah, I'm one of those people that pick up med kits and revive the fallen around me, I must be one of the few that do it. Teamwork and self sacrifice FTW.

I have to admit that I'm sometimes standing 3 meters away from a dead teammate, not reviving him. Hell, he just ran around the corner and at least 4 guys were shooting at him. Do you want me to run out of my cover just to die as he did?

Yep I love mad Medic-ing it's so much fun, your only concern is to revive your fallen comrade, bunny hop in zap bunny hop out it's soooo satisfying when you manage it as well.  Suicide runs through arty to revive your buddies is fun too.

TBH no one cares anymore because everyone here seems to have a PhD or master's or SOMETHING in anything people disagree with them about.

Even more annoying when people know that you are a MEDIC, you have revived them lots of times, then you die and they just run along with out taking your kit and reviving you..!!

If it's IO only, chances are they are helping someone else at that moment (surely no one else gets killed on an IO server).  When I play medic, I try to revive other medics first in hopes that they can go help others.  Once I get them revived I go for the person closest to me.  After that, I try to go with who's been dead longest.  My revive/heal ratio is: 135/117.  I'm not a complete medic whore.  My priority is to stay alive and help my team.  If that means I have to let on guy die because he was an idiot and ran ahead then so be it.

And a note on RTJ servers.. if you ran over a hill and died, there's no point in calling for a medic because I am not going to follow you over that hill.  I'll take care of the guys on my side of the hill that I can see.  I am not going to run into an ambush.  In the time it takes me to re-spawn from dying trying to save you I could have healed/revived a couple other guys.  I will take chances and run into a gunfight to help someone, but you better be worth it!

Aha the same :p

Generally if you die in the middle of a fight area, even with lot of medics around, you have less chances to be revived, unless some brained assault player throw a smoke grenade to cover the position.

In fact the main tip to survive is to play in squad with 1 or 2 medic (generally i'm the one ), so you will get more chance to be revived as your wear the green magic color that make you get priority for help

Yeah, squadding up is the key.  You get revived way more frequently when you are in a squad with medics.

But I can understand the complexity of having to use that mouse wheel, not to mention actually placing the little + sign over the friendly and left clicking. See this is a very tedious and difficult task requiring months of training under extreme conditions.

Why is this so difficult for players to grasp. And for those saying i'm wrong, play servers like TSC or DC1 karkand infantry, hell any karkand server and you'll see what I mean.

Its really ****ing annoying when you revive dozens of players through out a round, then at times when you die nobodys there. You can see the medics insignias all over the screen, and the mini map shows 6 of them 2 feet from you...yet still they dont revive.

I know most of these retards are people who post here, so tell me why is this so difficult for you?
I agree 100%.  Although I usually end up with gold medal because I get the points and they dont.

9 out of 10 medics use the kit so they can heal themselves. They dont give a rats ass about healing you.

Thats why maps like kark and noobabad are so pathetic to play these days. no skill involved, just
nade noobs, noob toobers and medics who are useless when you need them.

Why is it some teamates yell medic then run like your playing a game of it?? I'm not chasing any wounded teamate across the map.  I'll let him die then get 2 pts for revive if he pisses me off enough.

I think one of the problems is people start to block out friendly voices, you hear so many over and over that you ignore requests, maybe they are concentrating on something else.
Finally, Thank you. This is what I am talking about.

If it would be possible to lower those voice requests without changing the game effect sound level, the game would be more playable. patch 1.42 anyone?

You´re right. Lets stick to number of posts and threads at BF2s when we value someones trustworthiness.

If you want to get revived, try to start up a squad and invite some decent players. I never do this personally, but the times I´ve been invited to a good squad, we usually kick ass. I only revive and throw out bags because I get points for it, but it helps my teammates anyway.
