hey, i know someone close to me who is going austria next year for an exchange thingy, and we still want to keep in contact by msn and that.

so, my question is "are computers in austria as common as places like england or america?"

any help would be greatly apreciated.

by the way, i don't want to offfend any austrians by this, so don't take it the wrong way. i'm just not knowledgable in "austrian computing".
