They sold a computer under the phase "gaming" that cant game.
Their customer services is meant to be the one thing that is good about them, it was shit and cost me £150.

That is what got me anoyed. As to your last paragraph, you dont build your own laptop you douche, its far too much hassle.
Well first off, if you want a hardcore gaming machine...why are you looking at laptops?

My point still stands. You bought the machine, it's not in anyway Alienware's fault that you bought that machine. They clearly listed all specs as they always do, yet you still bought it.

You should find some valid points before bashing a company. Your mistakes don't count.

Yet again you seem to have missed my point. If you buy a gaming laptop that has good spec and should run games that run on my worse desktop you would expect it to run them. They advertise on the basis of "gaming" and their customer service which they dont have.

It is understandable where you are coming from, something that is advertised as a gaming machine should do just that, but it was ur own personal configuration that did not meet up to your requirement's.  I am sure it can play games, maybe not bf2 on all high, but still can, so it does actually come under the umbrella of gaming machine.

But see that's the thing, it doesn't have good specs.

Thank you all for your lengthy and well-thought out responses.  Unless you said "Build your own".  Thought I was kidding or something?  lol.

Will not go with Alienware after all....
