So Far we've got:
Basic/Veteran/Expert

Grappling Hook Specialist
Engineer Specialist
Medic Specialist
Anti-Tank Specialist
Assault Specialist
Support Specialist
Sniper Specialist
Spec-Ops Specialist
Zip-Line Specialist

That is missing 1 from the badges list. I havent earned any medals/ribbons, not sure what they are yet
I also received 4 unlocks by just finishing a round in a server....

Its tatical support badge--unlocked by 10 uses of tear/bang/flash grenades. Not hand grenades/assualt under carriage grenades (ie noob tube)(m203, etc....)
