Do i have PCI-E?

I don't know if I have a PCI-E slot in my PC. I have a 5600 ultra, and I want to upgrade to a 7600GT, but I don't know if I have PCI or PCI-E. How can I find out?

Sounds like AGP actually, just look at the slot or run this.
http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php
Find the VGA link widthh under the mainboard tab, it will most likely be x4 or x8 meaning your running that speed of AGP. If its 16x (not likely) its PCI express.

You can get agp cards that will let you run at medium. Maybe even high depending on your system.

yep, I just bought one 2 nights ago. I haven't tried my graphics above medium yet but medium runs pretty well. (I have AGP too)

Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it

You could get a 7600GS, 7600GT, 7800GS, or a 7800GT. All depends on your budget.

didnt know there was an agp version of 7800 gt

anyway I got a 7800 GS and it runs everything on high so itd be a good choice , and better than a 7600 gt.

You can get a Radeon X850 Pro for $120 at newegg. That'll be nice change, unless you're going to be funded well enough for a new rig next year.

i have 850Xt ATI. AGP 8x. 16 pipelines. Runs high at 65-45 FPS. cost me 285. was wortth it cuz im not gonna buy a new MOBO for atleast 2 years
