Congrats to all you Australians, it's never over till the fat bowler sings and fuck me I bet he's in fine voice today.

This has gone so far exactly as I have predicted if anything, worse. We had crucial players out but you can only play who's fit. The best batsman in England last season (also a very good feilder) is in the final of Strictly Come Dancing (rampakash), our best wicket keeper who had played in the previous two series leading up to the ashes, Chris Reed was dropped and the best finger spinner there is Monty, wasnt picked until the 3rd test, he then went on to take 5 for. We play 2 fella's (not inclucing Freddie) who have been out of cricket for a year Giles & Anderson, Harmy hasnt bowled well since the last ashes yet the coach just pressumed he'd get over it.

England havent wanted it anywhere near as much as the Aussies have and have laid down and died, I cant remember Australia doing that over here when they were loosing.

We need new coaches now, we need to clear the shit outta the team and we need to plan future tours a bit better than this.

To me though the biggest reason to why they lost was: They didnt pick me (the barstards).

CONGRATS AUSTRALIA.

At least we'll never see Shane Warne and Glen Mcgrath again (that is vs England), two very fine cricketers. Spose that means Shane can go into the mobile phone business now.

Actually Karma i think you will find many English that agree with me...you should have all moved out here to Gods country and left the convicts in England

It has been well documented over the last decade that Australians are very passionate about sport and the outdoors. We bring our kids up to revere our sportstars and aim to be just like them so what can you expect.

An earlier post stated that England would not have to face Glen McGrath and Shane Warne again and yes this may well be the case but we have an amazing stable of talented sportsmen in this country just itching to jump in and have their turn so Im not sure that England or many other countries future is any better at this stage.

All in all I have enjoyed the cricket so far however England really have been a touch lack lustre in the way they have played.

Congrats must go to the English fans who always hold thier heads up high and defiantly chant and sing away even when they know all is lost.

Im glad we have the ashes test to allow our two countries to continue this ever lasting battle of sport, drinking, sledging, drinking and sledging

And remember the day an Aussie stops making fun of you is the day you realise he doesnt like you.
So to all the English fans and posters here "Cop that you bunch of Limey bastards"

At least you know when we say it we mean it all in good fun
