Has anyone downloaded battlefield2142 with serial bought from Game.co.uk?

I bought the serial on Sunday, received it in e-mail on Monday and have tried to download bf2142 ever since with EA Link. "Have a Prepaid Code?" window recognizes the code to be for bf2142, but clicking Purchase on Review Order just gives "Oops, an error occurred while processing your payment. Please enter a valid promotional code."

Went through the instruction several times, reinstalled EA Link, downloaded some demos and trailers with it, tried again, still the same error . Old EA Downloader worked fine on spring when I bought boosters for bf2.

Any ideas?

Send a mail to game.co.uk telling them there is something up with the code. Maybe their system accidentally sent the same code twice or something.

Sure, I sent e-mail to Game.co.uk. To their customer services address and also via the web page form. But no replies. Now I have tried to download bf2142 with different EA accounts and with all kind of small changes in accounts, but the serial just doesn't work. Called to EA Finland's tech support, who didn't have answers. E-mailed EA support, which of course haven't replied.

This forum was kind of last hope to find someone who had the same problem and found a solution for it. No luck.

I just hope that Game.co.uk didn't charge my credit card yet, so that I can cancel the order
