Just as the topic title says I seem to be finding less and less titan servers. Probably cause of the lage issues but man I really love titan mode especialy when trying to get the other team's titan destoryed from the inside.

Well half the servers I see are empty though.

Cos we're cool.. Check your filters etc, my server search usually only shows up about 100 servers for all the filters I have..
yes, there are less servers out there. Pre-patch 1.06, there were at least 300 servers under my current server filters. now, there are about 180-200 servers listed with the same filter settings. Despite the lower number of servers, i'm still able to find a good server and have a good round or two.
I find the number of servers I see are really, really erratic. It seems to depend on the time of day. Sometimes I can find like 500-600 servers, other times I can only find like 200.
I'm gonna have to move to Europe. I love Titan. I dont understand how people can continue to play conquest over and over.
I already point whored the crap out of titan and got my 40 unlocks, and so did a lot of other people. In reality I alawys found titan mode to be boring, slow, and pretty much went AFK after I blew up the titan guns twice, until the shields were down.
I think a lot of people have gotten their fix of the game now that it's over a month old, and a lot of people aren't online as much. The game was designed where if you are a good player, ~100-150 hours is all that is needed to complete the rank structure. I feel a lot of people like myself lose a certain aspect of *really* wanting to play because you have something extra to work towards. Once you got all the unlocks, it's just another shooter game then.

after i got about 25 unlocks i pretty much havent played titan much the city maps are a whole lot more fun
the only time i actually go and play titan mode its suez canal and all i want to do is fly a gunship and blow up transport ships/tanks/apcs

titan is not that fun of a concept IMO. Usually large maps but you can't have 64 players cause titan combat would lag too bad so you basically have at most 16 v 16 on huge sprawling maps which makes for boring combat before the shields go down. After they go down titan combat comes down to two things: lag and explosives (apm, rpx, grenades)...not my idea of fun to constantly run into a room full of explosives with a very poor framerate.straz_mataz wrote:

Hmm i don't know i prefer playing titan all the time and very little conquest.
Depending on what i am doing on the field and of i am going for a particular badge or just playing.
I seem to find conquest boring now and love the new game mode.
I am sure,later on once i have gained all my unlocks i will be going back to BF2.

seems most people only play titan for the points. that's fine but the concept is not a very good one at the present. ask yourself this questions:
If there were no points/scores/stats/unlocks in 2142, would you play Titan or Conquest?

Well I still find around 200 server everytime, Havn't really been more or less.

Dunno i think the added titan mode has made me love battlefield again,as i was just playing IO towards the end of my bf2 days,other than heli whoring.
Yea I love titan mode for the concept. To see which team is better. Just cause you can hold a flag does not say much anymore. But if you can hold your titan and destroy theirs well you got something there. <--- IMO
you guys bring up a good point. now that a ton of people are maxed out, i wonder if they are going to add more ranks somehow, just as something to work towards. and 150 hours seems kinda low...
