I'm pretty sure most people's knowledge of history won't go this far back, but I guess I wanted to test it and get some help with some school work I'm doing.
How much do you know about 13th century mongol's political system and characteristics and what do you know about it? Yeah, its seems like cheating, whatever. I need the help. Not on a last-minute deadline here, but any answer (educated) would be appreciated. I've been searching over it and all I can find is khans and khanates. Not the actual structure besides those two. I consider this site a resource since a lot of seemingly educated people come here so I'm using it now.

And thanks to whoever answers.

Wasn't that the time in which Genghis Khan (or his offspring) controlled everything and they were more or less nomads?

Mostly everything. Genghis Khan, Chiggis Khan, Khublai Khan, and Ogodei were in power during the Mongols vast control over the known world of the time. Hitler actually followed his tactics in attempting to take over the world. And yes they were nomads, I know that much if not slightly more.
