Man im so pissed ok why is it every time im owning the freaking server im on crashes or is restarted. Of course when I’m having a terrible round this never happens I just loose the points.

I don’t care what anyone says as a gamer you do want to improve your stats, but whats the point when they are never really accurate in the first place due too server crashes and restarts.

It is frustrating to have that happen. But I do my best to play for fun and the good of my squad, not stats. Though certain medals and badges would be nice. Imho, the points of stats are to motivate people to play their best. Those that just want to putz around should go to unranked servers to mess around.

If it works like BF2, then if YOU get disconnected but the server's still going, your stats you had when you got disconnected will be uploaded to GameSpy.

Well good Sir left me be the first to say that in my experience you do. I lost over 25 kills for zero deaths plus air defence ribbon and that’s just the last round I played which prompted me to start this discussion in the first place. That’s not to mention the collectors pin which I also lost plus a couple of combat efficacy pins plus one distinguished combat pin.

I've never lost points to a server crash, just ribbons, which you can then re-earn for more points.

i dont care about my stats. all i look at them for is to find out what i need to do to collect the badges/ribbons etc. points lost due to crashes piss me off if they take away an award or points towards getting one that im after.

I haven't had any odd server crashes of late. Wierd.. I did have a master disconnect yesterday though. But anyways, this is fun for me because I finally get to start a new account. Unlike in BF2 where I didn't make a new one but rather just tried to improve my old stats.

It's just a game, quit whining and bitching. I suggest you buy a decent PC or get a decent connection. I never experience the problems you claim to have...and haven't since it's release. Sucks to be you

its not the computer or connection. if you have even played much 2142 you would have noticed how unstable the servers were and they were constantly crashing. and when that happens you lose all your points for the current round.

So far i have had one when the server crashed and i got no points for that round, i got gold ffs i wouldn't be arsed but i don't get many

I'm actually not to fussed,they haven't nose dived like my BF2 stats did when i first starting playing.

It muffs up some times, but remember (in my case anyway) its more reliable than bf2!
