What is the problem about K/P servers? The BFROE guys call it statpadding.

No. They were ever since made up by Indianscout and his supporter group at that time, formerly bfrankedservers.com, now bfroe.com. EA only approved them, they didn't create them.
Also, as a matter of fact, the BFROE is either incredibly picky about who they accept and investigate reports about or they are doing an incredibly bad job.
Neither is acceptable.
If it is their job to make sure there's an equal environment and equal circumstances for all players, it must not be up to them to decide who will be investigated and forwarded to EA for action and who will not. If players report other players with not faked evidence, all that stuff has to be forwarded to EA for further action, not be investigated further by BFROE who might decide someone did not pad, just because they weren't able to catch them in the act or whatever Idc.
