I think he might be using a tablet, but I don't know if tablets work with paint. If that's just by mouse, then wow.

You've obviously been real learned in 3d rendering or you have spent significant time teaching yourself how light reflects. If you could transfer these skills to Photoshop you might be able to get a job. Expect about $10-$13 per hour.
