Hey, I'm fairly new to this game and I was wondering how this game saves your ranks,stats,medals,etc. Is it saved on your computer? Because I want to wipe my computer and I dont want to lose all my stuff. Thanks!
EA Stores everyones stats in a vault at their headquarters.

There is a massive stats server that maintains all the stats of each individual player.
So in a way, it is a "vault" of sorts.

SF is still around...i was just playin it the other day. EF and AF were a total waste of 20 bucks. and I don't even plan on getting 2142 because i love BF2 so much.

If you are talking about getting points in a server and them not loading up, then that has happend to me as well.
EA keeps all the players' stats safely locked up in the panties drawer of the wife of the CEO of Electronic Arts. They only way to access them is to become the milkman to the family, and then seduce Mrs. CEO into sleeping with you. Only then can you work your way into the panties drawer to access/save your stats.

Try going on bf2 and see how many servers there actually are with just the basic filters on... more than enough to suit anybody's needs.
And if you dont like the one's out there, you could always start your own server using your pc and invite some mates to play on it.

Because it has passed it's best. BF2 was screwed over by terrible patches that look like they were never even tested. There are not nearly as many players on BF2 as there used too be and that is mainly because people gave up on BF2.
What does your clan server being full have anything too do with BF2 being at it's best, I know of a full BHD demo server that is full.....
Who knows why your 2142 server is half full that is your problem.
Basically your argument is based around how full your server is..... That as you might now see has nothing to do with the fact that BF2 is past it's prime.
