Never worked for my clan, our admin had to upload it to the website and you had to manually download it.
it worked for me the first couple of times (only last week)
now i get failed to find file on server or some other crappy error that i cant remember

If you know it's recording then try to download it as soon as your done playing, the files only stay around for a very short time so when you try to download one & it doesn't work it's most likely because it's gone already.
try downloading the the round that just ended before actaully disconnecting from the server. Just hit ESC and go to the community menu. That has worked for me a few times; its because the admins didn't set it up right or maybe it just suck.
Download it with in 24 hours, that should probably do the trick..
