I kinda agree with both tho, Recon+Support > Assault+Engineer

I stopped at 10 because I had to do some work to justify my pay packet.

EDIT: I'll just take one of the recon ones for #11 because it applies equally to support: As squad leader you can keep a safe distance due to your long-range rifle.

Get in the habit of being CAREFUL when you move, crawl/crouch around corners and look around you...APM's are NOT over powered, I think I was killed by APM's maybe 5 or 6 times playing this whole weekend.

Those 5 or 6 kills were mostly due to someone else on my own team not being careful, running up to the mine while I was crawling past it. Just get in the habit of dropping to a crouch or crawl when going around "unsafe areas", especially in the Titan. This isn't Quake, it's a little more of a thinking man's shooter.

I hate to inform you, but Recon sucks.

If you are recon:
1. You end up spamming C7 and APMs
2. You dont know how to take out consoles, or the core
3. the Snipers are useless when your team is getting its cock handed to it on a silver platter.

I'm good with every class. I can get massive streaks with as sniper. I almost never use the Lambert, unless I'm on a titan (in which case I usually go support). Yesterday I played a round on Shuhia Taiba conquest as EU, went engineer, had like 34 kills and 6 deaths before i got the "There is a problem with your connection". Support I just own with, any gun. Assault is like a medium with me. I don't find it to be to fun to be assault, because i feel obligated to be a medic, even if I just wanna be pure assault.
