Running people over only. Just go on Wake, it's the easiest place to get it.

A mate of mine got his by blowing up a Black Hawk with the turret of a Humvee. A couple of the kills were [Black Hawk] which is technically a road kill, and guess what a black hawk is.

How's it easier? Wake is a big island with nothing to hide behind except for trees, if you're in a relatively open area, you're done. Karkand has alleys and buildings everywhere, and the DPVs and FAVs are a hell of a lot faster than hummers and vodniks making it a hell of a lot easier to take them out. Any map with an airfield makes it pretty easy. Did mine on Daqing.
But Operation Smoke Screen is also a very good one if you are EU, since the MEC airfield is massively exposed and open to attack from all sides.
